Clear Expectations From Reservation to Going Home
Once you have found the right puppy, we make the reservation, selection and payment process as straightforward as possible. We will make sure you understand what happens next before any commitment is made.
What to Expect
Every placement is handled individually, but these are the basic steps families can expect once they are ready to move forward with a Crooked Star puppy.
Deposits & Reservations
A deposit is used to reserve a puppy or secure a position for an upcoming selection. Before a deposit is accepted, we will explain exactly what the deposit applies to and the terms associated with that reservation.
Pick & Selection Order
When a litter involves selection order, families choose according to their reserved pick position. We stay in communication throughout the process so you know when it is your turn to make a selection.
Payments & Final Balance
We will confirm the puppy price, payments received and remaining balance with you. Final payment arrangements are completed before your puppy leaves Crooked Star Bulldogges.
We want every family to understand the reservation, selection and payment terms before moving forward. If something is unclear, ask us. We would rather answer the question before a deposit is made than have confusion later.
